At the time of your order, upon your request, your tracking number  will be available within 24 hours of charging your card or your domestic shipping is free.

If a dealer claims to have an item in stock, then there is absolutely no reason why a dealer should not be able to give you your shipment's tracking number within 24 hours of charging your card.  If you've placed an order with another dealer and that dealer can't make you the same promise, then changes are pretty good that he doesn't have your item in stock !

And if that dealer doesn't have your order in stock and you haven't placed some kind of special order and he has charged your credit card, then chances are also good that he's using your money to keep his business afloat.

If a dealer has told you that he has an item in stock and cannot provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours of charging your credit card, in our opinion you would be wise to cancel your order and shop somewhere else.

Don't become your solar dealer's loan company !

The preferred method for obtaining your tracking number is to simply call us and your tracking number will be provided to you. We can also email your tracking number to you but in light of spam filters and the non 100% reliability of email service, we cannot be held responsible for emails that are lost once they have left our server or the UPS server.
