The United States Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado purchased one of these air conditioners in 2004 to help cool their Thermal Testing Laboratory.

Before permanently installing this air conditioner in the building, it was extensively tested using NREL’s world class test equipment. But don’t waste your time searching for the test reports on the internet- they’re not there! The units performed so well that they were judged ‘disruptive technology’, and we’re only allowed to give the reports out by request. So give us a call and we'll send a copy of the reports to you.
