We just installed one of the 20" models
to cool our office's lobby area. The lobby was not air conditioned and what

installation, not only has the temperature been dropped to a refreshing 72 to
75 degrees, but one of our tenants has actually turned off their air
conditioning and has opened their windows to let the unit cool down their
