INSIDE SALES MANAGER POSITION
Description:
Solatron Technologies Inc. is seeking an aggressive inside sales manager to
guide and manage our inside sales team throughout the sales process. We are
currently receiving hundreds of solid sales leads per month so this position
requires strong, regimented lead follow up oversight of our sales team. We are
seeking an individual with a strong "can do" attitude that knows how to close
deals. Technical knowledge and or knowledge of Solar/ Renewable
Requirements
Thorough knowledge and a strong belief in the importance of adhering to the
steps involved in the sales process.
Ability to train and motivate sales associates to successfully implement the
sales process as applicable to our industry. We wish to have no "Inactive" sales
leads. and a zero tolerance for the failure to follow up with our valuable
clients.
Assure that each sales associate is keeping accurate and systematic records as
to where each sales prospect is in the sales process and are keeping with the
mantra of " Follow up, Follow up, Follow up." Ability to keep accurate
and systematic records as to where each sales prospect is in the sales process.
Proactive customer service is at the very core of our company's business
philosophy.
Ability
to develop new marketing ideas to increase our penetration into this vast
worldwide market.
Report regularly to the general manager and coordinate with logistics management
staff to ensure a smooth transition from the close of sale to product delivery.
Education and Experience
A minimum an a
Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
6 + years sales management experience in the sale of large ticket items,
financial investments or real estate.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools, and Internet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
